The first thing to know about our site is that it is best viewed with Internet Explorer 5 or later, and with your screen set to 800x600 pixels. If you don't know how to set it up that way, click here.

Depending on your system, you may even find a higher resolution is better. Try a couple of different ones, (such as 1024x768) and see what you think is best.

Also, since the heading is large and you may have other toolbars on your computer, view it Full Screen. ( Simply press the F11 key on your keyboard, or at the top of your browser, click on "View", then at the bottom of that dropdown menu, click "FullScreen".)

The second thing to know about our site, is how to find whatever you want.

At the top of the screen is a menu of the relevant pages depending on where you are in the site (and many of these have other pages linked to them). These are known as "Links".

Put the cursor on any of these items and click on it and it will take you to that page.

If the page of information it brings up is longer than one screen deep, then at the very right hand side of the screen is a slider bar so that you can scroll up or down the page.

Also, as you are reading some of the pages, you may notice a word or a few words which are underlined, and printed in a different colour. These are also links, and if you click on these they will take you directly to an article on, or an explanation of, that item. An example is the "Contact Us" link in the last line below.
